Rodney was introduced to the real world of sustainable business and economies during his 20 years (1996-2015) at the award-winning worker-owned cooperative Equal Exchange, a leader in various organic food categories and a pioneer of the Fair Trade movement. He is now an independent consultant to social enterprises and cooperative businesses.
