BA Cockburn

BA learned about cooperatives as a kid growing up shopping at food co-ops. This has fostered a lifelong commitment to advocacy within the solidarity ecosystem. BA works to create environments that bring out the best in people where everyone is an agent of change; to center community and lived experience in collective work. BA is a mixed media artist, afro-futurist, and co-op-preneur with a background in medicine, nonprofit administration, evaluation, and philanthropy.
